Roger Burdette

Founder and CEO

CEO and founder Roger Burdette started Podium in 2018 from a small office in Effingham County. With nearly 30 years in the logistics industry, his experience includes asset-based LTL, truckload, flatbed, van, container, on site 3PL services, brokerage, and customized dedicated service programs. He is committed to extreme customer service built on long lasting relationships and clear communication, and he leads a tightly bonded team of professionals that stays on pace and follows through. Roger enjoys spending time with his family and attending church locally.

Brent Bowles

Director of Terminal Operations

Graduating in 2015 with a double major in logistics and marketing from Georgia Southern University, Brent began his logistics career right out of college in freight brokerage. He joined Podium in May 2019 as Operations Manager and has since been promoted to Director of Terminal Operations. Outside of work, Brent enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and their dogs.

Naomi Beckman

Director of Finance & HR

Naomi began her career with Podium in December 2021. With a background in logistics and operations, she transitioned into accounting and human resources over five years ago. Naomi prides herself on building lasting relationships with our employees, understanding their needs, and helping create a workplace environment where people can thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

Rachel Kirkland

Accounts P&R Specialist

Rachel brings over 17 years of experience in finance and customer service. She began her career with Podium Logistics in August 2023. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. You can often find them hitting balls at a baseball field or catching fish in the river.

Brianna Quigley

Administrative Assistant

Bri began working early in her high school career in customer service, where she spent roughly five years growing into management roles and developing strong leadership skills. Randomly, she discovered her passion for logistics and transitioned into this field, where she is committed to learning every aspect of billing and operations to help our team succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends—and you’ll rarely see her without her dog by her side.

Wesley Overstreet

Operations Manager

Wes began his career with Podium back in June of 2025. He holds over 7 years of experience in logistics and transportation, coming from some of the largest brands in the industry. He takes pride in delivering great service for our customers and building relationships with the people around him to bring out their absolute best. On his time off he enjoys spending time with loved ones and taking his lab Woody duck hunting.

Lauren Miller

Fleet Manager

Lauren began her logistics career in 2019 and built a strong foundation in transportation coordination, operational support, and customer service. She joined Podium Logistics in January 2025, where she continues to grow her expertise and help keep operations running smoothly and on pace. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cooking on the weekends and spending time with her fiancée and daughter.

Mackenzie Spires

Fleet Manager

Mackenzie began her logistics career in 2018 and brings hands on experience in port operations, dispatching, customer service, and fleet support. At Podium Logistics, she supports drivers, customers, and the operations team with clear communication and a solutions focused approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends, as well as hunting and fishing.

Bruce Teutsch

Safety Manager

Bruce has been a dedicated transportation professional since 2008, with experience spanning driving, safety leadership, and terminal operations. He holds a CDL A and has led safety programs and multi site operations, later advancing into executive operations leadership. Bruce and his wife, Cynthia, have been married for over 30 years, and they love visiting and spending time with their grandchildren.

Susan Elrod

Safety Coordinator

Susan Elrod began her career in commercial transportation safety and compliance in 2017 and has advanced into safety leadership. She is passionate about protecting drivers and specializes in helping teams stay fully compliant with FMCSA regulations. Today, when Susan isn't professionally consulting, she shares her expertise part time with the Podium Logistics safety team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur baby, Izzy, exercising, and relaxing at the beach.
